Hight Dispaly

When using a computer is imperative to have a healthy monitor that is working in perfect conditions. Color aberrations, flashing and other abnormalities are symptoms of a damaged monitor which needs to be replaced or fixed. The market for these accessories has developed quite well in the last years and it would be a pity not to get what it has to offer the best. You can choose between a flat CRT or LCD screens with the diagonal of 17 inches. All of them are ok, but you have to choose the one that fits you the best.
If you plan on using professional imaging applications, a CRT or an advanced LCD is better that your regular LCD. Using the computer only for office applications and Internet activity does not demand buying a high end monitor. We will show you some interesting choices we found regarding 17 inches flat screens, arranged from the cheapest option to the most expensive one.
We are starting with a classic and old school screen – a CRT one. The White Dell UltraScan 1000HS D1025HT Display is a typical CRT monitor at a very low price. You can get a new one with $24,99. The resolution of 1280 x 1024 at 75Hz is quite good while its simplicity makes it perfect for offices, starters or various people who wish not to get more involved with technology than they need to. For such a cheap choice you will need to search a little bit deeper because CRT screens aren’t so popular nowadays as they used to be. The first LCD screen we like to look at is the Acer V173 DJbm LCD monitor. Perfectly flat, slim and very classy, this can be a great addition to your desk. Its resolution is 1280 x 1024 with a response of 5ms, while the technology behind is Active Matrix TFT, making it a very tempting choice. The pixel pitch is 0.264 mm, which is a very low number and a remarkable quality when it comes to screens. You can connect it to any personal computer or laptop without any worries. The price for this lovely must have is $114,99. Another well built LCD flat screen is the HP 17" L1706 Flat Panel. All in all, this looks like your average CRT; it is actually the modern look of an old school screen. This simple HP monitor is ideal for an office, looks simple and will last a lifetime. Being an LCD will add to the protection of the eyes. One of these costs $224,99.

Last, but the not the least motivating offer is the PMCL417A screen from Pelco. This rather expensive 17 inches monitor has a resolution of 1280 x 1024 and a price of $580. The additional thing it has over the monitors presented above is that it is also a touch screen, but you can connect it to your personal computer and use it as you wish.
